“Zoom Whitening Burnt my Lip and Tongue, Results Are Barely Noticable”
I have always had fairly white teeth. I have used the Crest Whitening strips a few times with good results. I decided to try Zoom because it was quicker, less of a hassle overall, and, in theory, would give even better results.
Instead, I barely see a difference from how my teeth looked prior to the treatment.
Also, the dentist did not setup the isolation zone properly. They left my upper lip uncovered! In the second session I started feeling some stinging in my upper lip and complained about it. That was when I realized it wasn't fully covered.
They put some 'medication' on it, and it continued to hurt during the third session. I decided to stop then. Now my upper lip is horribly burnt. It is 3 days later and I have white blisters on my upper lip and it is swollen still. My tongue also had a sore...it started stinging during the third session.
So now I have this horrible lip pain and no noticable results. Definitely NOT worth it!

I know you're a few years out.. wondering what kind of outcome you've had. My upper lip, especially, was burned by a V-Beam laser treatment. I'm one year out and not seeing any improvement-wondering what your outcome was (I hope positive!) Thanks
