It works but not much better than using the bleaching gel and molds. I had done that alone 10 years ago and had similar results with no side effects. The process is very uncomfortable.

The biggest issue I had was that my lips swelled from contact with the bleach used in the process. This started as a slight tingling during the process. When the process was done I looked like a botox experiment gone bad. The technician said this reaction usually occurs to the gums not the lips but just put some vitamin E oil on it and take some Advil.

I was in pain for 5 days! Nothing helped. No Joke, this was physically painful and my lips looks disformed for days. Perhaps it was the technician's mistake but regardless it is not worth the downside reaction to the process.

Great review?

My Doctor: name not provided

Didn't explain the process. Disregarded the reaction I had to the process.

I had my teeth whitened, so I thought, on Monday. At first they looked slightly whiter while in the office, but when I got home and my eyes adjusted, they looked the same as before the procedure. My husband, nor coworkers did not notice a difference and the $400 I paid for the procedure was money wasted. The technician said my teeth would get whiter once I use the trays, but I know this is bullshit. I have to pick up my trays on tomorrow, but they will do something about this. I am so disgusted that I paid for this and to go through the sensitivity and pain, it was totally not worth it. The pain was intermittent lightening bolts going off at whim. It was unbearable by the time I got home and had to take two oxycodones and sleep it off, which helped minimally.

Don't do it !!!!! I had my teeth whitened with zoom, my gums and lips turned beet red, then 24 hours later my lips blistered and got swollen. Now it's been almost 48 hours later and i have to drink with a straw and can't eat anything as it hurts. From my understanding this happens to almost half the people that have this procedure done. I only got two of the three doses of that blue light as I was burning up after just two, yes my teeth look whiter but it should not be this painful. I wish I would have done just the bleach trays instead of this process, I will not be getting the third application done of it. I don't know if it is the dental technicians fault or the Zoom process itself.
