I had Vaser on upper,lower and flanks as i go gym 4 times a week but cannot shift belly fat. I do mainly waits and wanted a v shpe back and flat stomache

I had Vaser on upper,lower and flanks-its been 4 weeks and seen very little difference. normally go gym 4 times a week and have not been since. My only concern is that I iwll put the fat back on. HOw quickly can this hapen? Dr took out 3.3 litres in total but I lost no weight

have you seen any changes yet? im no expert but i dont think you will gain any weight as long as you are eating healthy. are you in too much pain to exercise? also where did you get it done? hope you recover well and get good results

I heard that you don't really see a difference on the scale after lipo because fat does not weigh as much as muscle. However, you can see the results later on because you lose inches after the surgery.

I done mine on 6th Aug, 1 day before you. We should be progressing about the same. I had 370cc sucked (as my BMI is 23, I'm not really that fat, but just need to sculpture a bit) and like you, 2 days ago I'm not seeing any result, instead I only feel swollen and my tummy is so "spongy", the worst is that my tummy looked bigger than before! But luckily I read a post which encourage me to massage (which I did) and after just 2 days, the swelling improved. Hope to be even better in anothe week. Lets perserve together!

feeling better now back at gym, had upper and loew actually done on 15/07/09 but flanks on 7 august 09 Stomach is bit in but flanks are still there lost no weight-focusing on 6 pack but nothing there eating very healthy

Its not october 21st. Stubborn fat still there 4 months in same weight no difference and still going gym Does anybody reccomend lypmhatic draINIGE?
