Please Help Me! Developed Silicone Gramulotosis Under Armpits

I have had silicone implants for 4 years now and...

I have had silicone implants for 4 years now and have now developed lumps under my armpits which is called silicone gramulotosis, i am having the lumps removed next week. i am unsure weather the lumps will come back as the implant is leakin or should i have my implants replaced! please help! thanks.

Hello If the implants are leaking they should be removed. Now possibly you have silicone migration to the Lymph nodes. They can be taken out. Only the big ones should be removed the chances of the lumps coming back is small. Exchange implants to SALINE
