I opted to have this surgery because of the pouch I had after having 5 kids (one set of twins). I am happy so far with how my stomach looks but feel like the healing process is taking forever and the non-exercising is killing me as I am used to working out 5 to 6 days a week.
I had a tummy tuck 7 1/2 weeks ago and my upper stomach has really been hurting in one spot for the past couple of days now. I have gone back to wearing my binder more often now for the added support. I am not fully recovered yet to see the full benefit of the surgery and therefore I am undecided as to whether it is worth the pain and recovery time yet.
