“Swelling”

I was very pleased. I had a very flabby stomach. There was slight pain after surgery, but because of the numbness in the abdomin area, It isn't that bad. I didn't have lipo because I had conditioned myself to do an exercise regimen prior (1 hr on the treadmill and a couple of weight machines..not much, but consistantly) I didn't expect to look as good as I do. I continue to workout for fear of getting flabby again. And for me, what was very important, I change my diet. I was an eater. Eat until I got stuffed. I don't deny myself anything, but now I have control. PORTION CONTROL. Or what sense does it make....It doesn't take long to get fat again!!!!
