“Tummy Tuck Requires Revision and Repair”

Not Worth It
Spent: $10,000 in Tampa, FL

I have horrible scarring (the incision line above pubic area is zig-zag) and fatty deposits around side and love handles that were not there before.

What should I do? The certified surgeon said that I should now do lipo to get better contouring and a second sacr revision surgery.

He was very attentive prior to surgery and extremely flippant post surgery. When I come with my daughter, he hounds her for breast augmentation on us both and makes vagues statements about the tummy tuck repair.

I know how you feel - been told I can have a scar revision (high scar and a frown!!) and lipo (paunch above scar)- which will all be an extra cost!!! I can't afford to do revision and am not sure I want to go through all the pain and healing again when results can't be guaranteed! Its a wonder if people take pride in their work anymore!

Who was your doctor? I am trying to select a provider and am confused as they all sound wonderful but that statistically just can't be true .... thanks.

I paid $12,000.00 to have extended tummy tuck with lipo to the midsection,back,flanks,abdomin, The surgern didnt do my flank area,also my horizontal scar is two inches higher on my left side, My surgern refused revisions, Now i am broke, trying to find out how much this will cost me to correct, Im sorry your unhappy, im going to more consults, getting quotes, best of luck to you,

Who was your Doctor? I want to have tummy tuck also and I'm trying to pick a doctor now and it is so hard to know who will do a good job! I'm so sorry your unhappy.

If no one will post their Doctor's name, this site is just not helpful for those of us trying to pick a doctor. Please let us know who your doctor was!
