“One Day Post Op! Full Tummy Tuck, No Muscle Repair”

Spent: $5,800 in Durham, NC

I am 5'4" and 143 lbs. I'm very athletic and always have been. However, after pregnancies I had loose skin and what my doctor described as "exercise resistant fat" on my stomach. If I gained 5 lbs., it went straight to my stomach. I wear size 4 or 6 clothes but ALWAYS had a muffin top!

Decided to do abdomnioplasty. I needed a full tummy tuck with liposuction but no muscle work (that made my day!).

I am one day post op. The pain is a 4 on a scale of 10. It's manageable! I have had a c-section before as well and from what I remember it's similar but much less. With my c-section I had sharp pains in my stomach when I would move, this I don't.

I go for my first dressing change this morning and will take some photos to post along with the pre-op ones! My doctor amazing!
