I had very heavy thighs for a girl in her mid 20's and no matter of exercise would help.
I'm not enjoying the healing process but I'm doing everything possible to make sure I end up with the results I went in there wanting and I am happy with the results I'm seeing only 5 days after my treatment.
How soon after a tumescent liposuction of the inner thighs can one start using products to help reduce scarring like Mederma? Also if you're having swelling of the calves down to the ankles (not treated) is there anything you can take, like Benadryl?
