I had mine a little over 2 weeks ago and I gained 10 pounds. I think that is just swelling, water weight. I also was a little larger the first week. I am just now back down in weight and I am still swollen.. I can tell a difference, but not much in my flanks. I think you just need to give you body some time to recover. It's a waiting game here.
