“Swelling After IPL for Broken Capillaries on Face”

I did IPL for broken capillaries on my face. The provider was very considarate and knowledgeable. This was my second IPL. It was done two days ago and at a higher intensity than the first. My face is still swallen all over, which was not expected.

I had my second IPL two days ago and this one was done at a higher intensity than the first. My face is still swallen all over.
