“Swelling 3 Weeks After SmartLipo MPX on Stomach”

I had this procedure done because I had a back injury and had decreased my physical activity, causing me to gain weight. I still walk and do some aerobic exercise but not enough to lose weight. (I am otherwise healthy.)
As of today, I have not seen the benefits of the procedure. I have been pretty sore and swollen, but I am still hopeful that my stomach will look great after a few more weeks.
The recovery has been a little harder than I thought it would be. I can imagine going through real liposuction.
I had the SmartLipo MPX procedure done on my stomach 3 weeks ago. I had plenty of drainage the first 2 days. I am still sore and swollen. The soreness has reduced dramatically but the swelling has not decreased too much. Can I expect for the swelling to go down in the next few weeks? Is this normal?
