No pain, easy experience. However I wish the doctor spent a little more time talking to me about the procedure, and listened to my concerns.

How long will this swelling last and when should I really consider a revision?

My nose was straight and when I got the phono/septo plasty a year and a hal ago it looks like an african american nose now.

I have heard that swelling typically last up to 12 months. IMHO, you may be at the point now where it's time to revisit your doctor (or look for a different doctor) and talk about your results.
