I have 24 upper trays and 15 lower trays. I am at the end of tray 8, and I can already see much improvement on the bottom, but nothing yet on the upper. Also, my front incisor is rotated outward (which is really the only issue on the top teeth), and I wanted to see if anyone had anything similar to that. Thanks!

I'm just curious as to when Invisalign users started seeing results.
Great review?

I use Invisalign regularly at a practice in St. Louis. It is completely normal to not notice what are sometimes very subtle changes being made. My of my patients for get what their teeth looked like in the beginning. As long as your doctor sees your teeth tracking in the trays, they are doing their work. Remember, the final result is what matters.

I have 24 on the top, 18 on the bottom. i used to be able to close my mouth and stick my toungue out between my top and bottom teeth ( i have an open bite and overjet of the top teeth). by month 6 i can no longer do that! there has been a lot of improvement so far and im excited to see how much further they move..im on tray 14.

i think it took about 6 months to notice significant improvement on my top. my bottom seemed to move a little faster also. I think alot of the time your side and back teeth move first, which is why it takes some time to notice improvement in the front
