Seeking help:

I had smart lipo of arms one month ago. The arms were large and flabby but smooth. Now they are much thinner, the skin is tighter meaning still flappy but better, but I have terrible crinkling and lines that you can see where the cannula was, it looks like bad cellulite you'd see on a leg. I've been told to massage to get rid of it and have been doing so twice per day even though the skin is sooo sore. My doctor says the skin soreness is from the laser and will go away. He said the cellulite look will go away with massage. Does anyone know how long it will take for this horrible look of the skin to go away? I'm scared it will stay. It looks horrible. THanks for any input
Review of SmartLipo MPX:

My arms were large and flabby moving from side to side when I wave. I'm petite 5'1" and 113 lbs and the arms made my upper body look larger. They run in the family. Diet and exercise have been unsuccessful in toning them. I decided on smart lipo MPX.

The surgery itself was not painful, I was wide awake, the arms were pretty sore the first few days and then only when you touch them. I wore the garment for a month. They arms are still very sore to touch at all and am told that's from the laser and will go away.

Problem is the skin looks awful right now, with a consistency that's firm in some spots, not in others, random swollen looking areas, horrible cellulite look and track marks where the cannula must have gone. I was told to massage and I am twice a day but after a week there is no change. seeking to find out how long it takes for this to go away.

Just give it time. When i had my knees done, they looked terrible for months. Lumpy and crinkly and discolored. A year out now, and they are beautiful. This is a very invasive procedure and takes a very long time to see final results...maybe 8 months to a year for the best results.
