I am a 31 year old female weighing 120 lbs, at 5'6". I had a stubborn little pooch that was below my waistline. I exercise 4-6 times per week and eat a healthy diet. I received smart lipo and it has been two weeks. I was off the pain meds by the second day and back to work two days after. Very little discomfort! :-) I am pleased with the results, but am going through a the swelling and knotting stage. The surgeon explained that will diminish in three to six months. Overall, I am extremely happy with the results and procedure.
