“Wanted to Look Better - Saw No Difference”

Not Worth It
Spent: $9,500 in Manhattan, NY

Unsastified did not work. I did it to look better just the same.

Pros none
Cons 9,500 dollars poorer

Now I am trying to find out what legal terms I can go about to get my money back.

I had the Smart Lipo rocedure almost 4 moths ago and I look just the same.

If you just had SL on 7/30 it may be too soon to judge your results I belive most doctors will tell you it takes at least 8 weeks to see a real difference. It's been over a year for me and I'm still working toward where I'd like to be. Best of luck!

let me know what happens legally if you don't mind. I had smartlipo done on my arms, legs, and abdomen and I am not happy either. I may too need to go about this legally as well if the surgeon isn't proactive. Thanks! ~Lyndsay

I have smart lipo done on my chin and neck 8 weeks ago and I look exactly the same, doctor said will took 6 months to see any diference, and refuse my calls, its any legal help for this?paid $4,500 at AVANTI fresno calif any comments? thanks sissi

dr, seare william, just care about your money.avanti fresno ca., by the way , went I ask to compare the before and after pictures, they said they lost them...judge for your self.. good luck,,,

i'm thinking about getting samrtlipo done and the doctor is also in manhattan would you mind telling us his name i wouldn't want to go to the same one. p.s hope you see results even if it takes a couple of months
