“Area around belly button still bulky after 4 months of smartlipo”

I think smart lipo is a great option for people that are not extremely overweight. If you are over 30 and have specific areas that you want to target smart lipo is a great option.
I loved my results! Before my procedure I was 113 lbs and now Im 104...but the most important thing is that now I can wear stuff that I used to wear when I was 21!! Its awsome!! I love it!
I had the smartlipo procedure done this last february..Im happy with the results but my only concern is that my stomach doesnt seem to be even. I already got my 9 massages as the Doctor adviced me, but is been 4 months already and the area around my belly button seems a little bigger than the rest of my stomach. My Dr. said is inflamated but I've seem other people that after 2 weeks their stomach was completely flat have been concerned with it for sometime. Is this going to dissapear?

That is great that you are happy with the results and all the weight you lost. I'm thinking about doing either Smartlipo or the traditional liposuction. I also live in miami. Do you recommend your doctor?

Hi Im glad you like your results over all. I had smart lipo done on my stomach aprx 4 months ago now. My stomach looks exactly like yours does in the pictures, particularly around the belly button area. As this is quite an old post i was wondering if this has improved since? Many thanks

My stomach didnt change at all the way you see in those pictures is the way it stayed. However, I had the little touch up about one month ago and my stomach looks better, but to tell you the truth it still looks uneven. I just went back to my post-op visit and the doctor said it was still inflammated. It still looks bumpy around it. Is like i have a dimple below my belly button. Im happy with my results on everything else but my stomach, and to be honest Im a little dissapointed because thats an important area for me. I think I might have to go back in the near future to get it fix. If anybody had this kind of result any advice would be very appreciated...thanks

Did the doctor charge you extra for the "touch up" of the bulky area? I had smart lipo done a week ago on my abodomen and flanks and i was left with a bulky area on top of my belly button that i think might need fixing. I go for my follow up on tuesday. Thanks
