I had silicone implants and a tummy tuck this year in June 2009. The surgery recovery was very painful, particularly the tummy tuck.

My implants look better than I expected. They look, feel so natural. I am very pleased. If and when I do get them again I will not be shy about going bigger. I have 500cc. The only thing I noticed is that I really need a well supported bra to feel most comfortable.

Yeah I had saline and they were horrible. I am very thin so the rippling was unbelievable and the implants were so hard. I have silicone memory gel now and the difference is incredible. They're softer and ripple much less.
