“25 Years After Breast Reduction / Reconstructive Mammoplasty”

Excellent. I had my reconstructive breast mammoplasty 25 years ago and have never regretted my decision. My quality of life was greatly improved by the surgery.

25 years after my breast reduction surgery I am experiencing "bottoming out" which is leading to back pain and rashes. Would a breast lift help this situation? Would insurance consider this reconstructive surgery secondary to the original breast reduction in 1983?
