“Rhinoplasty for Bulbous Tip - Scared I Ruined Results”

I've always been dissatisfied with my nose due to a bulbous tip, and as a result I had, according to my surgeon, a fairly complicated rhinoplasty procedure. Immediately after the cast came off, I was very happy with the results.


I'm 20 years old and two weeks after the surgery, I drank a fairly excessive amount of alcohol and exercised mildly for two days. Two days after those activities, my nose looks as swollen as ever and I'm terrified that I may have caused permanent damage to the end result and my nose wont look like it did when the cast came off. I was just wondering if this is possible or even likely to do? Thank you for your help
