Depending on what your actual anatomic problem is, the solution may be simple or very complex. I know this doesn't answer your question, but without a full examination, it's impossible to even begin to answer the question.

I think you had a super cute nose to begin with. Why did you feel you needed the procedure?

Why did she feel the need for the procedure? Because whether or not you thought she had a super cute nose doesn't mean she felt that way. People get surgery for themselves...why would you question it??
