“Nose surgery”

when i was a kid i broke my nose twice and so my septum got deviated and grew in that position. had trouble breathing and had a big bridge. the experience was very uncomfertable and painful at some points in the first few days, but hopefully will be worth it

i just got my septoplasty and rhinoplasty done about a week ago, and yesterday i accidently hit my nose cast twice with my hand... wasn't too painful but got me worried. I looked inside my nostrils and saw a bump which i dont remember seeing.

Anyways i asked my surgeon and he told me its just crust but i don't know, it doesnt look like crust. i was just wondering if i should worry about this or is it just a possible cause of internal swelling.
