Why: not sure about the results
no pain, it was just uncomfortable having my nose packed
for now not happy with the results...i did it cause i had a bad profile and wanted to feel better with myself

Unfortunately, it looks like the left nasal bone was in-fractured too much at the time of surgery. If that's the case, this is unlikely to improve with time. Options usually include placing a supporting pack within the nose to outwardly displace the bone, returning to the operating room to have it outfractured under anesthesia (much like fixing a broken nose), or waiting until it's fully healed and then recontouring that depressed area with an injectable filler or surgically placing a camouflage graft.
