It is two years after my nose job where i had a deviated septum fixed and they shaved down the bump in the bridge of my nose. Now I have small lumps in the bridge of my nose and really hard lumps inside my right nostril.

Can somebody tell me whats going on and why my nose is falling apart?

other then my nose job he has been my nose ear and throat doctor since i was little and he did a great job with every other problem i have had

At 2,500 for the job I would question your choice of surgeon.
