“My Nose Looks the Same”

I wanted a more refined nose. I figure my nose would be perfect to work with. It's only been two weeks but I don't see much scarring, however that could change. The doctor listened when it came to concerns of scarring. Overall, if my nose does not change over the year I will be very disappointed that I spent so much money on a new nose when the new nose looks like the old nose exactly.

I am concerned that my surgeon did not do the procedures we discussed and just has fooled me making it appear that the corrections on my nose was done. I understand the healing process but my nose should not look the same.
