This is my 7th revision rhinoplasty. I had the following things done to my nose:

1. Goretex added to bridge for height

2. ear cartilage added tip for projection

3. tissue removal for narrowing of lower half of nose

4. correction of small hold in septum

I got my cast off 7 days ago and my nose looks pretty amazing even though it is very swollen. The height will come down slightly and the profile is beautiful. My only concern is the healing process and scar tissue.
