“Swelling and Further Deviation”

I found my nasal septum to be deviated when i was 14. The septum started to deviate more over the next few years and made my breathing difficult as it almost blocked one side of the nasal opening. I had rhinoplasty when i was 19. TWo months after the surgery when i went for a check, the doctor said the operation was not successful and he asked me go through the process for a second time. But i was reluctant. I am 21 now and over the last two years the septum has deviated greatly,my nose has become big and swelling has been gradually increasing on the side of the face where the septum is deviated.

What is the reason for the swelling and what can be done? Will my nose look better if the swelling subsides?
