Septorhinoplasty to reduce the length and projection of the nose and promote better breathing. Including removal of dorsal hump, gentle scoop and upturn of the tip.

I'm at the three week mark, post surgery. Had an unfortunate incident today, have been working a lot on the computer and hadn't noticed my glasses (which are taped to my forehead) had come unstuck and had been resting on my nose. By the time I realised, around four hours had elapsed and there were indentations where the glasses had been resting.

These seem to have gone away now after a gentle massage. Is there anything I can now to to prevent permanent damage?

Also the other day, my girlfriend and I bumped bumped noses (gently) - could this have caused any damage as well?
