“Saddle nose effect caused by strengthening nose with septum cartilage”

Seeking help:

I had the tip of my nose strengthened with septum cartilage about 8 months ago. I have quite a big nose for a caucasian so it took most of my septum cartilage. Now my question\problem is that the extra weight at the end of my nose has caused a saddle nose effect which has caused me quite a lot of concern. Can this be fixed using more cartilage from the ear or rip?
