Good experience overall. Not very painful and recovery time was what I had expected. In retrospect, the Dr. was too aggressive with cartilage removal and changed the masculinity of the nose altogether. Not the intended result.

What is the preferred method today for rebuilding nasal bridges; Creating a stronger bridge, etc? Has anyone had a good experience with a revision rhinoplasty to correct and overly aggressive first surgery.
