I had two rhinoplasties done. First almost ruined my life.An second was most fault of my own. I wanted to look like what used to naturally. See the first time the Surgeon was the worst. He removed my whole bridge and cut off my tip. Pained me for a whole year. I some how managed to get through it.

The Revision Rhinoplasty i had cost me 4450 british pounds. The tip looks more better. But the bridge is a nightmare! Too big for my small face. It hides all my facial features and nostrils are lifted so high.

Now six months down the line my only choice to have this bridge removed and nostrils re-defined.

Can you remove rib cartilage from the bridge of my nose?

this time, do your homework with the research about the doctor, why you didnt in 1rst place!!can you post picture of it, hope the best and god take care of you in your next procedure.
