“Post-Rhinoplasty Swelling - Can't Tell True Results Yet”

Rhinoplasty on 7-7-09, nose cast removed today-8 days post off. Right nostril is now "kideny bean" type shape, almost looks pointed and is twice the size of the left nostril which looks the same as pre-op photo.

Could swelling be the cause or I am looking at a permanent deformity? It's very obvious the nostrils are completely shaped/sized differently. However my nose and tip appear to be completely straight with no turning at all.
