“Nose Was Slightly Deformed from Accident & a Bit Bigger Than Normal”

i chose to do a nose job because i was not satisfied with my appearance. actually my nose was slightly deformed by a car accident, and before that i was a bit bigger than normal.

I had a rhinoplasty yesterday, and i could clearly see that my upper lip is way off its place, its stretching over my other lip, and i look weird. What's happening?
