Ive always wanted a nose job as I have a wide bulbous nose, i am very pleased with the result. I had alarplasty, tip refinement and bridge narrowing.

Although am very happy with the result I have a few 'stitch holes' on the right hand side. I am 2 weeks post op, is there still time for them to heal? Also within these stitch holes there are tiny scabs forming, shall i pick them out? I know its still quite early but am worried that it will affect the stability of my nose in the future.I have been given some surgical tape by my doctor, shall i use it?

I have had alarplasty done and I am at 18 days post op. I am very happy with the result but worried about the strength of my nostrils. This is going to sound very stupid but when I smile it feels like my nostrils are 'undoing' themselves and I always get paranoid that my nostirls are going to come off my face. Is this 'feeling' normal?!

No don't pick at your scabs. Alar reductions always carry is risk of scarring, especially if you are dark.

i had a nose job 12 days ago i tried picking my nose to clean it ot n a few times stitches came out with it im so scared thats how i found ur post cause i was searching for answers, n that nostral is more wide then the other1 i hope it mite go down cause theres a chunk of meet still stuck in that nostral i keep pinchin my nose.
