I had a revision rhinoplasty to address a concern left over from my primary surgery. I am very pleased so far, and I am looking forward to continued healing.

Scarring concern: open surgery with dissolvable stitches over columella. How long until they fall out? Do dissolvable stiches in this area mean more or less scarring? Any downsides?
