i would recommend but I dont like how the results differ from when the surgery was first done. I did it because I had a saddle nose from a previous rhinoplasty.

Hi I had a revision rhinoplasty in 2006 for a saddle nose. He used rib and fascia. It was better than before but it was still to small and I had another revision in which alloderm was used to build up my bridge. Well now my bridge is higher but my nose looks more surgical and pinched from the front view ( like a hot dog in there).

It seems like the lateral walls dont support the bridge now. Does anyone have any advice?
