“Radiesse in tear troughs made dark circles worse”

Radiesse satisfaction: Poor
I have had the radiesse done to correct tear troughs. Had dark circles prior to the treatment, but now it look darker with a deep shadow.
Why does it look darker with a deep shadow? It's been four months now. Any comments would be very appreciated.
