Worth It
Spent: $400 in England

I am getting married in a month which was why I decided to get botox 4 weeks ago. I have good results on forehead but now have un-even eyes with one very puffy and relaxed and the other slightly raised. This was following a second trip to my practitioner for follow-up who administered more botox. Initially both eyebrows raised considerably and she was attempting to drop them.

I had botox in my forehead about a month ago. After two weeks I was booked for a follow-up. The practitioner and I had a discussion about my outer eyebrows having raised considerably and she said she would fix that by dropping them. This was 11 days ago and although one eye is beginning to look normal, my right uppoer eye is very puffy and heavy, resting on my eyelid. I have tried ice and drinking a lot of water to help reduce the retention of fluid but this does not seem to help. I am very worried as I am getting married in a month's time which was why I decided to have my first botox. Please help

I don't think you have puffiness or fluid retention. You have lower eyebrow droop. It could last as long as the effects of the botox. I had eye surgery and afterward one eye looked larger than the other. My doctor said it was because I unknowingly arched the brow on my right eye to compensate for my left eye. He injected botox into the right upper eyebrow only. His intention was to bring the muscle down in hopes that it would stay in place once the botox wore off. I developed a droopy lower eyebrow. It has been 9 weeks. It still droops, but not as badly. I figure it will be gone when I can move the right side of my forehead again.
