“Facial swelling”

I had Pixel Laser resurfacing done on 6/3, today is 6/8. My face is very swollen. Dr. prescribed DosPak 21. He assures me that even though mine is the "worst" swelling he has seen, it is not permanent. It was not a painful experience, although it really did burn like sunburn afterwards for quite some time. Then the swelling started.
I take Femara and Nexium. How long will this swelling last and will the DosPak 21 accelerate the swelling. I'm on my first dose today. I have never taken Accutane, but I see it is a Chemo drug, as is Femara. My Dr. was not concerned. Why is it bad to have laser treatments if you've taken Accutane?

Accutane is a very hight dose of Vitamin A. It is VERY strong. Your skin is constantly dry and very sensitive to the sun because the medication actually thins out the skin. You cant even wax any place on your body unless you want to take your skin off.
