“Columnella Retracted After Septorhinoplasty”

I had septorhinoplasty to improve ma breathing and my look.I have a thin face and my nose was wide and longer with small hump and make me very uncomfortable.

Today is my 5 day post op and my internal splints was removed.

I steel have external splint on.My nose look relatively good except ma kolumnella- is to short and retracted.I know it is to early ,but I am worry.

5 days ago I had septorhinoplasty and today when internal splints were removed, my columnella is too retracted. Do you think this can be improve when the swelling goes down or could it get worse? Please help me because I am concerned. I know it is too soon for final shaping, but ....

This is too early to judge the result. Stitches can cinch the columella up, which can come down when they soften and fall out. Give it a few months before becoming concerned.
