“Nose Shape After Rhinoplasty”
Spent: $5,000 in Tehran

I had a rhinoplasty procedure nearly a week ago. As soon as my surgeon removed the splint, I noticed that my nose is not straight. The surgeon however believed that it is straight, though he pushed one side several times and repeated this in next session.
It looks straight now, but touching my nose, the two side bones feel differently in size and shape. Also I sometimes hear a clicking sound when very lightly touching the left side which really scares me.
Pros: Better Look - Rapid Recovery
Cons: none
My nose didn't look well and I wanted it to look better. Also the procedure is very popular here and I was sure that there won't be much problem.
Will my nose heal straightly or not? What is the cause of that clicking sound?
