Waste of money
Hi Missoula229,
Thanks for the review. Hmm, I've never heard of a tattoo wearing off. A number of people in the community are trying to make their permanent makeup come off and yours did on it's own. Are you going to go to someone else to have it redone? Please keep us updated.
