Don't be concerned. Liposuctioned areas change dramatically during the first 1-2 months so don't be worried at only 10 days. Sincerely, David Hansen,MD

Thank you Dr Hansen. Its been 3 weeks since my surgery and indeed My look has been changing and the hour glass look is almost gone. My flanks seem to be responding well..but my abdomen still seems swollen. I am a person of Southeast Asian descent and I read somewhere that because of this, it might take me a little longer to get rid of the swelling. Is this true?
