“Vaser Done on Upper and Lower Tummy Area”

Am hopeful but it wasn't pain free and the after care/instructions not the best either. Do not know what tightness of compression garment should be wearing, how much pain is normal and for how long, or if the swelling fluctuating is usual.
Had Vaser on upper and lower tummy area but would like to know more about the desired tightness of compression garment and also if you should alter the size of a compression garment through your healing time? i.e. if was a UK size 12 before vaser should I be wearing a UK size 12 now or UK size 10 then later on (only been 5days) should I go down a size. Not much guidelines seem to be avaliable and I want to do everything by the book.
