i am 4 weeks post op following my 2nd revision rhinoplasty. I had a tip implant and i think spreader graft - i now have a protrusion to the right hand side of my dorsum that looks like a piece of graft/ cartlidge- It is very painful - red and swollwn - What is it and more importantly guys -what should i do about it?

lots of pain with very little gain so far. really cant understand what has happened here but it looks like something has slipped out of place.
