I had my lipo on 9/22/09, used ice packs for 2 days, and now apply moist heat 3 times a day and that made all the difference. Today, 9/28/09 it just feels like I worked out really hard. There is some stiffness and a little sore especially after sitting for a while. Love the results I saw within 4 days on my thighs. Put on pj bottoms that had been clinging which are now pretty loose.

I had lipo on my upper/lower abdominals, inner/outer thighs, flanks & buttocks. The day following the procedure it was painful but not unbearable. I have no regrets and did this for myself. I had been working out and eating well but there were some trouble spots that needed a tweak.

I am 52 years old and love the results so far. My doctor used general anesthesia, there were no issues with it; the thought of being awake for the procedure freaked me out. I had a wonderful doctor & his staff was great. I was really nervous as the procedure date approached and even had 2nd and 3rd thought about doing it. I feel so at peace with my decision and the results, it was the right thing for me to do for myself. Hope this helps. I did a lot of research prior to taking the leap. The pain level was only pretty bad the 2nd day, also you can use the toilet without removing the girdle, I read that someone said you have to remove it.

I had researched the process for about 6 or 7 months so I knew what questions to ask. He explained the process clearly and his answers confirmed my findings in my research. He was very kind, held my hand while I was being sedated (I get woosy with needles) and his staff was so carrying. I would use him again without a second thought.

What type of support are you wearing right now? I'm getting it doen next week.

It's a girdle garment that has hooks and a zipper on the right side and a really sexy opening so you can go to the bathroom without removing it. It is 2 1/2 inches above my knees and just below my boobs. It's pretty loose right now because I've lost inches already. I could see a difference in my thighs on the 4th day and noticed a difference in my bum when I where spandex to the gym. I started working out on Sunday, 10/4 with no problem. Today is 2 weeks since I had my procedure. Most of the swelling and black & blue marks are gone. I'm extremely happy I had the procedure, it was so worth it. Let me know if I can answer any more of your questions. Follow the doctor's after care instructions and you will do fine.

This is my 4th week since the procedure and the changes are only getting better. I get a little tightness in my inner thigh area but thats about it. Week 3 I stopped wearing the girdle, how wonderful that was. I started working out...nothing crazy last week with no problems. I am definitely happy with the procedure and amazed with the results and to think it will only get better over the next few months.

Thank you!! All my pants are too lose now and I still have not reached my final results. Hardly any numbness or swelling as in the beginning but I've been massaging the areas every day. A tiny bit of tenderness in a couple of spots and there was some itching a couple of weeks ago but that's gone. I'm working out 3 to 4 times a week but not like a maniac and I'm eating better but still have an occasional snack so I'm not denying myself anything. I would do it again absolutely I'm extremely happy with the results.
