“Stomach Distention 1.5 Years After Lipo”

same here. I had a shape before stomach lipo almost 3 years ago,and granted I have gained weight due to poor eating habits, but ever since I was fully healed my stomach is full and distended and I look liike an apple. I need to know, if I lose weight, which I am in the process of doing....will this fullness go away? I thought the fat did not come back on the area you had suctioned. They took 6 litres out of my abdomen, mostly lower...but some from upper area. I have gained weight allover, but my stomach is now round from my sternum to my pubic bone. What is happening?

I had a tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair 8 weeks ago. I was happy with the flat new tummy until suddenly 10 days ago it became no longer flat. It's round from just below the new belly button up to the ribs and it shows at the sides too. My profile looks way worse than it was a week post op. Is this gonna last indefinitly or will it subside?

Jewis- I noticed the same thing with my tummy tuck. I was so happy with the results then I noticed my upper abs were not so small. I think some of the swelling had subsided on the lower abs so I didn't notice the upper abs at first. I went to my PS 8 weeks after my tt with these concerns and he said it may be swelling just give it some time. As of this date, I am 15 weeks out and my upper abs are still bulging. It's not terrible but unacceptable for everything I have gone through. I love my doctor and still have faith in him. I have an appointment this week for a follow up and before/after photos. I will let you know what he says- can you do the same? I would love to know if anyone else had upper lipo after tt. Pksahunger- did you get any answers on your situation? Good Luck to all
