I love the results: Breast augmentation, small tiny waist (I was already slim and biult), nice bum (which I lost some mass) through fat grifting from my back.

Best ways to get rid of lumps and hard "fat deposits"? After 10 weeks I still have some visible lumps under my skin, I did the massages for two months and also wore the undergarment for same length. I workout regulary, I heard that excersise helps, what else? Buy a endermologie machine? Keep massaging ab area? Also have them on my side since my surgeon shape my waist, and back add some fat to my butt which some have been reabsorb. What can I do? My PS is far away we keep close contact over the phone but I'm pretty frustrated with these lumps, please help. Also since the results on my butt aren't all what I wanted (still a nice bum but not big enough) he suggested to add the implants I had originally planned to get no extra cost. Is this a smart move? I heard butt impants are very pianful surgery.
