I had smart lipon on neck/chin due to double chin/sagging neck 2 1/2 weeks ago. I am 48.

The procedure was not painful...just felt some discomfort. The swelling has gone down but not disappeared (worse in the afternoon). I do feel tired and sometimes a tad feverish. Bruising initially went away after a week but it recurrs if I am very active.

I am taking Bromeline and Vit C with Rutein. I love the ARNICA gel. Feels very soothing and certainly diminished swelling. I occasionally use ice to further reduce swelling. My dr. advised me to stop using the compression garment after 1 week.

I am tired of not feeling my best and not being able to return to my normal routine. Any other ideas to help speed the recovery process?
